Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance through our scheduling platform. To secure your spot, payment is required at the time of booking. You may book recurring sessions in advance to guarantee your preferred time slots. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. However, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full and considered used. If you need to cancel, please do so through the app or by contacting us directly at least 24 hours ahead. Waitlist Policy If a class or session is full, you may join the waitlist. You’ll be automatically notified and added to the session if a spot opens up. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer available—if added less than 24 hours before, the same cancellation policy applies.
